About Lea Hill, WA
King County is the home of Lea Hill, Washington and is a suburb of Auburn. The census that was conducted in 2007 reported that Lea Hill had a population of 11,609 people. There are several different things for visitors and their families to see and do around Lea Hill.
One of the historic farms located in Lea Hill is the Mary Olsen Farm. This 60 acre farm features several buildings such as a weaving house, a large barn and a farmhouse. This farm is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Built in the 1880's this is one of the most intact farms in King County. There is also two meadows, two salmon runs on Olsen Creek, and an heirloom orchard all surrounded by forested hillsides.
For those visitors and their families who enjoy shopping there is the Supermall, located in nearby Auburn. This exquisite large mall offers visitors and the families everything from automotive products, to men, women, and baby clothing to bath products, to jewelry, to leather goods to restaurants and everything in between. There is also a carousel for the children to ride rides and enjoy some cotton candy.
Those visitors and their families who want to have some exciting family fun, there is the Wild Waves Amusement park, located in nearby Federal Way. This amusement offers visitors and their families numerous kiddie rides, thrill rides, family rides and water rides. There are also arcades, gift shops, many different cafes and restaurants, and, of course, cotton candy galore.
For those golfing visitors who enjoy a challenging but relaxing game of golf, there is the Auburn Golf Course, located in nearby Auburn. This 18-hole regulation golf course offers visiting golfers 6,450 yards of golf from the tee to the furthest greens for a 71 par. The golf course has a course rating of 69.0 and a slope rating of 120 on Blue grass. This golf course also offers visiting golfers a driving range with 18 tees.
Those visitors and their families who enjoy an exciting game of football can always visit Qwest Field and watch the Seattle Seahawks take the field. As always, there are always concessions and souvenir stands, but half the fun is the tailgate parties with other fans.
The Cedar River Trail, located in nearby Maple Valley offers those visitors and the families who enjoy hiking a 16 mile system of trails. This scenic journey will take visitors and their families through the areas of maple valley and Renton and ultimately lead them to the Lake Wilderness Park. Sections of this beautiful trail are paved.

This Mexican restaurant serves outstanding burritos, enchiladas, tamales, ad tacos, in addition to their specialty of the house which is the Chuyito Burger. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, the Mexican food is excellent, the service is gracious, and the prices are reasonable in this family friendly Mexican restaurant.
